As a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with our customers, scheduling estimates and repairs, and ensuring that our shop’s schedule and office run smoothly. The pay for this position
At Tech All the Way, we strive to create a supportive and inclusive work environment for all our employees. In addition to the standard benefits, we offer three different pay plans for our Customer Service Representative position, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs. Learn more
Plan 1:
Hourly Pay Plan Under this plan, you will be paid an hourly rate of $25-$30.00 per hour for 40 hours a week with occasional overtime. This plan is perfect if you prefer a consistent paycheck and enjoy working regular hours.
Plan 2:
Commission-Based Pay Plan Under this plan, you will receive a base hourly rate of $15.00 per hour, plus a commission for every estimate or repair that you schedule. The commission rate will be determined based on the total amount of estimates or repairs you schedule each week. This plan is ideal if you are motivated by the opportunity to earn more based on your performance.
Plan 3:
Salary Pay Plan Under this plan, you will be paid a salary of $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. This plan is perfect if you prefer a stable income and are looking for long-term job security.
Regardless of the pay plan you choose, we offer one week of training to ensure that you are prepared for your role as a Customer Service Representative. You will receive weekly payments for your work, and our flexible hours from Monday to Friday mean that you can balance your work and personal life.
No experience is required for this position, and we welcome all applicants who are interested in learning about our business operations and growing their career.
